“It has been a real honour to work alongside Skills Within Developments CIC and GB Carnival CIC as part of the Waltham Forest Windrush Community Consortium and to contribute to the development of Afiwe.
Afiwe is such a powerful, community-focused publication, bringing people together, celebrating our stories and amplifying voices that deserve to be heard.
I’m grateful to have been able to share my skills, connections and networks, bringing others into the consortium to support the collective work we are all passionate about. It’s wonderful to be part of something that celebrates our communities and what we can achieve together.”
